Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) TrainingAboutCrisis Intervention Team (CIT) is a community-based program that promotes strong working partnerships between law enforcement, emergency services and mental health services with the common goal of providing appropriate intervention, care and support to individuals in a mental health or emotionally disturbed crisis. CIT trainings are held nationally and locally throughout California, including an annual Curriculum Update for CIT coordinators held in conjunction with the FMHAC conference each March.
